This are a great snacking option for the kids! They are so moreish! You wont feel guilty about eating a handful!

 

 

 

For each batch use a food processor or thermal cooker. Process each batch ingredients for 20 seconds on highest speed. Scrape down the sides. Most of the mixtures will look dry and crumbly. Move the mix between your fingers and it will start to form a ball.

Shape into a ball and roll out into a long log. (This means you don’t have to roll a hundred mini balls.) Cut along the log into small pieces and then roll into balls.

You can then roll them into coconut, nuts, chia seeds etc
